Phil qualified as a dentist from Kings College London in 1996, having previously
worked as a Professional Mechanical Engineer. He was awarded a Diploma in Postgraduate
Dental Studies by Bristol University in 2007 and became an Associate Fellow of the
Higher Education Authority in 2016. GDC number 72271.
Phil has a wide experience and interest in all aspects of dentistry and particularly
enjoys restorative dentistry and endodontics. He regularly attends postgraduate
training courses in order to stay up-to-date with current best practice including
minimally invasive restorative techniques.
Phil is a conscientious, ethical, and caring dentist who enjoys doing the very best
for his patients. He is also a Clinical Supervisor at Plymouth University Dental
School where he teaches both second year and final year dental students two days
a week. For three years he was a member of the General Dental Council Fitness to
Practise panel.
Phil likes to run, cycle and explore the South Devon coast in his sea kayak.
